Formal Engagement Required: The provision of any professional service by Ijewere & Co. is subject to the mutual execution of a separate, written Engagement Letter. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed Engagement Letter, the terms of the Engagement Letter shall prevail.

The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ijewere & Co.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. 4. Client Responsibilities (Upon Engagement)
If you become a client of the Firm under a signed Engagement Letter, you acknowledge and agree to the following fundamental responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing all information and documentation requested by the Firm in a complete, accurate, and timely manner, to enable the Firm to perform the agreed services.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and sufficiency of all information provided to the Firm.
- You represent that you have the authority to engage the Firm and to provide all such information.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fees for professional services will be outlined in the applicable Engagement Letter. Unless otherwise stated in the Engagement Letter:
- Fees are based on the scope of services defined and may be a fixed fee, time-based, or a combination thereof.
- Invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
- The Firm reserves the right to suspend services or terminate an engagement for non-payment of fees.
6. Confidentiality
We will hold all confidential information you provide to us in strict confidence, in accordance with our ethical and professional obligations and our Privacy Policy. Similarly, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information revealed to you by the Firm.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
